Designation: Senior Executive Job Description: Will be responsible for over all operations for Central warehouse at Meerut.Key Result Areas:SEAMLESS CENTRAL WEARHOUSE OPERATIONS, INVENTORY PLANNING, PURCHASE REQUISITIONS, COORDIANTION WITH ZONES, STOCKS ALLOCATIONS. MIS AND DAILY /.MONTHLY REPORTING TO CIRCLE OFFICE. Key Functions & Responsibilities :Over all Managing the team of people for central warehouse operations & day to day house keeping of Marketing Warehouse.Inventory planning per projection/ monthly planning. Raising the purchase requisitions, coordinate for PO. Coordinating with IN/IT team for RCC/STV/SIM Cards input files/Receiving through FTP & sending Input files to Vendor as per PO Coordination with Marketing/Vendor for artwork approval. Coordination with IN team for VOMS's/ systems capacity/ availability & reconciliation on monthly basis. Physically RCC/STV receive at Warehouse, getting physical checked & match physical as per Invoice and importing in EPOS post activationCoordination with zonal/branch warehouses wise for their requirements as per projection per zoneCoordination with CFA for manpower Mgt .as per monthly projection/packing plan/ routine operations.Receiving Inventory in Oracle Module for all RCC/STV/SIM/POS/Gift items & sending vendors invoices to Delhi team for paymentsStock report updating on daily basis for UPW & sending STOCK to zones as per stock availability, requisition for Etopup of Prepaid/Postpaid, Etopup transfer & reconciliation MIS and daily monthly reporting /reconciliation to circle office for all necessary reports in sync to Sales/ Stocks/ and other requirements. Will be coordinating with logistics agency to timely dispatches and delivery at Zones/ branches. Will be responsible for Aging analysis of RCV/SIM on monthly basis. Interactions (Internal & External):Internal - Cross functional departments ( sales / marketing / CS / finance etc…) External – CFA, Vendor & supplier , logistics/ courier agency and channel partners.
